Tov Leader Groups
Tov Leader group is our 6 month coaching model and is a unique way to grow in your leadership. Group coaching offers something that individual coaching cannot, which is the support of the group and the perspectives of the group as well as a deep sense of community. It includes once a month group session and once a month individual session.
Leadership Intensives
Our Leadership Intensive is a great way to begin with leadership coaching. Intensive’s are a one to two day event with a small group of people where we explore the difficulties and limitations of leadership. You can schedule these individually or for your team.
