Tov is the Hebrew word for “Good”. When God created the world he called it Tov. Tov is used throughout the Hebrew Scriptures to describe good things but there are only two instances in the entirety of the Hebrew text where the words “Lo Tov” are used. Lo Tov means “not good”. The first instance is when God says to Adam that it is “not good” for man to live alone and the second instance is when Jethro says to Moses that it is “not good” for him to lead alone. The only two passages in the Hebrew text that describe something as being not good, are two instances of isolation. Tov Co. translates to “Good Company” because we believe it’s not good to be in isolation and we’re here to help solve that problem for leaders.
